How I Started.
Hi, I'm Tim. After years of playing club hockey in Seattle, stepping away from the sport left a profound void. At 5'8" and 135 pounds, I found myself without a clear path forward. I had dropped out of college after one year and I originally committed to the gym simply to bring structure to my days and put on weight, unaware of how completely that routine would reshape my lifestyle. Physical results followed, but the true impact was mental; the discipline started bleeding into everything else. Discipline began to dictate how I showed up, thought, and carry myself every day. As advice-seeking turned into informal coaching, my passion shifted entirely from personal progress to guiding others toward sustainable change. I built Trident to give people the exact structure they need to master their own routines. Your health is the foundation of everything you do. We reject temporary challenges in favor of a sustainable lifestyle system. Trident is built to provide the clarity and structure that makes you feel empowered in all aspects of your life.
Beyond the gym.
When I’m not coaching, you'll find me on the golf course, skiing at Steven’s Pass, or spending time with friends and family. I live a similar balanced, active lifestyle I help my clients build.
